Stroll-On Baby has been recognised by industry leaders, Maclaren, who have been supplying premium pushchair and baby goods since 1965.

Maclaren has nominated Stroll-On Baby as a Platinum Service Centre for the South West area. This is a major coup for a local independent Pram Shop that has three outlets in Exeter, Plymouth and Newton Abbot.

As part of the initiative, two members of the Stroll-On Baby team, Julie and Nigel were invited to the Maclaren headquarters in Northamptonshire where they were treated to a VIP tour of the Maclaren hall of frame, which started with the red/white and blue/white iconic B01 buggy. The visit finished with four hours in the workshop.

Julie, Stroll-On Baby’s Proprietor, commented, “It was great fun in the workshop. We both ended up riveting frames and making up wheel units with air guns and drills – a bit scary at first. I especially enjoyed looking at the Maclaren historical buggies and it reminded me that Father Christmas bought me a BO1 buggy for my dolly when I was a young girl!”
