These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions here. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Product Description
Whilst we take great care to check all specifications; weight, colours, descriptions, the manufacturers reserve the right to alter specifications and make improvements to their products without notice. It is important to note that colours can appear different on the computer than in real life. We would always recommend that you inspect the product and colour swatches at our store before you buy from us.
Warranties
The products which are sold on this web site have been designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. Most products will be covered for a period of 6 months from delivery, from defects in materials and workmanship. For all pushchairs warranties please refer to that individual product pages for more detailed Guarantee information as this may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
In the unlikely event you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, we would ask you to email us with proof of purchase and photos of any issues. We will then speak to the manufacturer. If a manufacturing fault exists, we will either arrange to get the items returned to the manufacturer for a repair or will send you out the spare parts to rectify the issues. If the fault is not due to manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. Should the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.
Orders
When ordering we ask you check the details thoroughly before submitting it. Please note it is not possible to amend an order once it has been submitted. You will receive an automated Order Confirmation from us via email which will be sent to the email address given at point of ordering. This email confirms we have received your order but does not constitute our acceptance of the order.
Stroll-On Baby are under no obligation to accept a customer’s order, for whatever reason. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.

Cancelling / Returning your order.
Stroll-On Baby cannot accept requests for order cancellation after the goods have been dispatched. If goods have already been dispatched it is your responsibility to arrange return and refund of the items at your own cost. Deliveries which have been refused may be liable for shipping charges.
Delivery
All goods (unless specified otherwise) will be delivered using a 24/48-hour courier delivery service.
Customers must make appropriate arrangements to be present to receive the goods they have ordered. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched which will provide you with a rough estimate of the expected delivery date. Where possible we will give you the tracking information.
If the goods can not be delivered to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products at your risk. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery and storage charges we may have incurred.
Checking of Order
All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.
All shortages and damages must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within 3 working days. The order must be checked to confirm you have received the correct items, in the correct colour, quantity and condition. All picking errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the good. Also any goods damaged in transit must be bought to our attention with 3 days of receiving them.
Claims will not be consider outside of the 3 days.

This site does utilise "cookies" however this is solely for the purpose of tracking the contents of your online shopping cart. You can disable the cookies from running however this will also disable the function of the website too.
